- Where can I use Tel*Tell CARDs?
- Anywhere in the world as well as within Japan.
- Is the charge for the telephone call included?
- For "Interpretation Service", customers are responsible for the cost of each call. In "Bilingual Telephone Assistance Service" and "Three-Party Call Service", we will be responsible for the cost of the call.
- Do I need to register my name or address?
- There's no need to register your personal information. When purchasing a Tel*Tell CARD from our website, the only information necessary are your name and address for shipping.
- What if my card runs out of points?
- You can recharge your Tel*Tell CARD for more points online through our website or mobile phone.
- What is the validity for recharging cards? (period for recharging)
- Tel*Tell CARDs may be recharged within a period of two years from date of purchase. When recharged, the validity for recharging will be extended for another two years from the date of recharge.
- What about the expiration date for general usage? (validity for the use of service)
- Tel*Tell CARDs for general use expire one year after the date of purchase. However the card may be recharged within this period, and the validity for use of the card will be extended for an additional year from date of recharge.
- Is there a time limit for the "Interpretation Service"?
- We charge one point for every 15minutes.
- What if I lose my card?
- Tel*Tell CARDs cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Can I have a partially used Tel*Tell CARD refunded?
- Tel*Tell CARDs cannot be refunded if partially used. Keep your card for your next trip or let someone else use it.
- Can you ship cards overseas?
- We do not ship internationally. In case of orders outside Japan, we can provide you with the card number by e-mail after confirmation of credit-card payment has been made. Please contact us for details.
- How can I check my card for validity and/or balance?

You can check the balance of your card through our website by clicking "Balance and Recharge" on the upper right hand corner.

- Do you have interpretation services in other languages?
- Currently, we provide interpretation services in English, Chinese, and Korean.
- Where should I call for the service?
- You can reach us at the number provided on the back of your card.
- Will you make a phone call on my behalf to make reservations?
- Yes. Please use our"Bilingual Telephone Assistance Service".
- Can I have an interpreter negotiate for me?
- Consult with us regarding business / financial transactions, monetary negotiations and translations requiring technical knowledge. (Please call : 078-327-3330)
- If we get disconnected due to circumstances beyond my control, such as a bad connection, do I need to use another point to be reconnected?
- No, in case of disconnected calls due to circumstances beyond our control, we will only charge you for the first point. Please advise our operator and you will be reconnected without additional charge.
- Can you interepret a three-party call?
- Yes, please use our "Three-Party Call Service".
